Wellington Brown Jr is an award-winning Aquatics Professional with decades of experience working in all aspects of the Aquatics realm and swim instruction. He is a goal-driven current athlete with a passion for the community. From his early days as a youth excelling in track, swim, and basketball to his collegiate accolades, both athletic and academic, at Saint Peters University, Wellington Brown Jr has been working for many years striving for excellence.

In 2022, Wellington was awarded the prestigious YMCA National 30 Under 30 Award for his efforts in bringing swim instruction to hundreds of youth in his community. He's been lauded for developing aquatics programs through creative thinking and strategic decisions. Using these to create, develop, and expand programs in his community by over 500% in under 2 years! In 2023, he took the leap to start "The Swim School" by Brown Boys LLC with a singular goal: to extend his expertise and enthusiasm to the community at large. Through innovative programs, comprehensive training, and personalized instruction, he strives to empower individuals of all ages with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in and around water.
